If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund at our discretion

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Used products
  • Products that have been stored incorrectly after delivery
  • Products damaged after delivery
